Registers of arms seized from illegal non-state actors in the Colombian reconciliation process include arms of European origin and thereby point at violation of export licenses non-re-export clause. Markings on these arms allow for reconstruction of re-exportroutes 'upstream', to strengthen the empirical basis for evlauating and improving application of the European Union Code of Conduct on arms exports, Criterion 7.
