Project description

Quantification of RNA is an important aspect of gene expression studies. An often used method to quantify mRNA, even in individual cells, is by use of Real-Time RT-PCR. Before proceeding with quantification of RNA by way of Real-Time RT-PCR, a fast and reliable quality control of the RNA is necessary. This can be done using the Experion Automated Electrophoresis System.
