Project description

Previous research has studied the influence of subjective control on emotions. Some studies showed an influence on the intensity of emotions, some on the valence of emotions, and some show that control determines the specific emotion (anger vs. fear). We examine the idea that the different effects obtained are due to the fact that different types of control were manipulated in these studies.
