Project description

Defective interactions of dying cells with the innate and adaptive immune system contribute to the development of cancer and autoimmunity. The main goal of current project is to study the mechanisms behind immunogenicity of cell death pathways induced by various cytotoxic agents (including ROS-based strategies such as PDT) and to further strengthen the “anticancer vaccine effect” concept.
