Project description
SnRK1 is an essential nutrient integrator in all green photosynthesising organisms. SnRK1 steers metabolism, growth and development in such a way that survival is ensured. This steering happens largely at transcriptional level, but little is known on how transcriptional reprogramming by SnRK1 occurs. In this project we identified a novel and extra layer of transcriptional regulation by SnRK1.
