Project description
There are numerous biological and clinical prognostic factors for CLL, which may predict early during the disease, the aggressiveness in an individual patient. MicroRNAs, LPL and ZAP70 are well known markers, but their cellular function in CLL is not well described. By electroporation we wish to better explore their functional relevance in CLL.
