Project description

We focus on outsourcing options during project scheduling and execution. We study optimal assignment policies in a decomposition and integrated approach. In a second part of this project we propose a novel outsourcing risk framework and risk mitigation strategies. Finally, the impact of decentralised decision making is evaluated and strategies to align conflicting objectives are outlined
