Project description

The aim of this project is to design and synthesize a series of functionalized vanadium Metal-Organic Frameworks (MOFs) as heterogeneous catalysts for oxidation reactions. Our strategy includes the design of large pore bimetallic MOFs, studying the catalytic performance of the MOFs with a series of oxidation reactions. Further studies include in-situ spectroscopic studies to follow the active catalyst at a molecular level.
