Project description

To get better insight into the pathogenesis of immune-mediated disease, we will in the future have to dynamically visualize cells in their anatomical context. This project will develop an imaging platform to visualize dendritic cells in the airways. The platform wil be validated in a series of in vivo experiments addressing the role of toll like receptors on epithelial cells.
