Project description
 

A measurement instrument was developd to categorize sports clubs into four categories based on the ambitions and capabilities in terms of professional management of the clubs. In phase one, the instrument was developed and tested. In phase two, the measurement instrument was cut down to be more practical; and used to collect data in more than 1000 sports clubs.
