Project description

Since the therapeutic effect of current treatments for liver diseases is insufficient, the development of a treatment for these dsieases is of extreme importance. The aim of this prokect is the development of porous, interconnective hydrogel scaffolds using the Bioplotter technology. By combining these scaffolds with specific growth factors, the differentiation of specific types of stem cells into hepatocytes can be induced.
