Project description

We hypothesize that the interaction of F-box-Nictaba with endogenous or bacterial Lewis A epitopes plays an important role during plant defense against the bacterial pathogen Pseudomonas syringae. Hence the objectives of this research are to investigate the interaction between F-box-Nictaba with Lewis A epitopes, and the importance thereof for bacterial infection.
