Peyer's patches play an important role in the development of the normal mucosal immune response furthermore this is the region where first manifestations of Crohn's desease (CD) occur. Smoking has a detrimental role in CD pathogenesis we want to investigate the influence of cigarette smoke on mucosal immunity and receal how this can lead to the development of CD
