Project description
The complex founding and growth process of new ventures causes entrepreneurs to be faced with
venture distress. The entrepreneurship literature has focused on firm exit, while this research aims
at studying the emotions, cognitions and actions of distressed entrepreneurs during the resilience
process. Furthermore, we aim at understanding which individual, organizational and contextual
factors affect this process and its outcomes.
