Project description

For decades, anabolic androgenic steroids have been the most commonly abused substances in sports. This project aims at optimizing fully validated LC-MS/MS methods for steroid determination in dried blood microsamples, including dried blood spots (DBS) and samples collected by volumetric absorptive microsampling (VAMS). A fully automated DBS method will be developed, allowing analysis of a steroid panel.
