Project description

Extraterritorial human rights violations by corporations have led to a growing trend of transnational corporate civil liability cases. When a corporation is held liable for harm arising from human rights abuse abroad, the under-researched question of cross-border recognition and enforcement of judgments arises. This study aims to fill this research gap.
