Project description
The research project studies how social robots can use empathy and memory to establish a long-term interaction with users. Instead of programming the robot, machine learning is used in which a domain expert first controls the robot, after which the robot gradually takes over from the expert. The robot will be evaluated with children and elderly users in real-world scenarios.
