Project description

I will investigate if type I and III interferons are involved in sepsis and endotoxemia. I will investigate if type I and III IFNs play a role in gram negative and positive infection. Therefore, I will use the IFNAR1-/- and IL28Ra-/- mouse, a neutralising IFN-B or IFNAR1 antibody and expressionstudies.
