Project description

This project aims to establish a new class of sparse antenna arrays based on metamaterial lens topologies to resolve the increased power dissipation of the typically highly dense phased array systems. In doing so, highly directive, steerable and efficient array operation can be extended into the THz-range, enabling ultra-high data rate, ultra-low latency systems required for 6G, autonomous vehicles, AR/VR.
