Project description

It is our hypothesis that the reduced glucocorticoid response of many patients suffering from inflammation, is due to effects of TNF on the biology of the glucocorticoid receptor. In this project, we will investigate whether the effects of TNF are located at the level or activity of the GR-cofactors SCR1 and SRC2.
