The project aims to leverage flexibility, coming from storage assets on sites with charging
infrastructure , in balancing services. These assets are primarily installed and reserved to manage
the energy offtake from the grid with the limited grid hosting capacity. We will study how we can
optimally use all involved assets, including the grid, to offer a maximum of flexibility for balancing,
while guaranteeing the operation of the charging business. We will develop the required models
and systems, validate them on an actual truck charging site and test the replicability of our
solution.
