This request concerns the replacement of an outdated automated flash chromatography system within a research group specializing in the synthesis of heterocyclic and bioactive small molecules, and the isolation of natural products for agrochemical and medicinal applications. The new system combines normal- and reversed-phase chromatography with advanced detection, powerful pumps, and automated solvent gradients, enhancing efficiency, flexibility, and sustainability. It complements existing GC-/LC-MS and NMR platforms, reducing solvent use and operational costs. The equipment will be used intensively within the group and will also be available to other research teams and external collaborations.
