Project description

This study investigates the impact of integrating digital tools and blended learning approaches on the professional development and pedagogical practices of pre-service teachers. By analyzing the effectiveness of these technologies in teacher training programs, the research aims to uncover how such approaches enhance critical teaching competencies, including instructional design, classroom management, and adaptability to diverse learning needs. A mixed-methods design will combine quantitative data on skill acquisition with qualitative insights into participants' perceptions and experiences. The findings will provide actionable recommendations for designing teacher education programs that effectively leverage digital innovations to foster professional growth and better prepare future educators for dynamic classroom environments.
