Project description

The global objective of this study is to demonstrate the feasibility of developing an in-line Molecular Imprinted Polymer (MlP) sensor for measuring specific components (pesticides, biocides, micro-organisms) in the washing water of potatoes and vegetables, in order to optimize the (re) use of washing water.
