Project description

This project aims at verifying if the described antimicrobial strategies namely addition of PHB, HSP or B glucan and quorum sensing degradation can be combined at lab scale, using the well established Vibrio challenge model system in Artemia. Subsequently, selected combined strategies will be tested in an open system in the absence of a challenge, using either Artemia or Macrobrachium.
