Project description

The goal of the project is non-invasive in vivo visualization of atheroscletotische lesions in mice. For this purpose, there will be developed very specific probes that are based on nanobodies linked to a positron emitter. In addition, there will be developed a new device for positron emission tomography with very high sensitivity and spatial resolution better than 1mm.
