Project description

A major assumption in world cities research is that globalization processes are steered from a limited number of cities. These cities are thereby connected through the aggregate relationships within office networks of producer services such as investment banks and globalized accountancy firms. The aim of this research is to examine the importance of sectoral differentiation in the world city network.
