Project description

The SynBioC research group specializes in the development of chemical methodology for the synthesis of heterocyclic and bioactive "small molecules" and isolation of natural products with applications in agrochemistry and medicinal chemistry. The separation, quantitative and qualitative analysis and identification of these low molecular components (< 2000 m/z) in pure form, in reaction mixtures or in natural extracts is performed in an optimal manner by using an LC-MS (liquid chromatograph coupled to a mass spectrometer as detector) device.
