Project description
 

In this project we aim to develop intelligent polymers that (1) allow formulating vaccine antigens into nanoparticles and (2) allow targeting of these nanoparticles to immune cells. Doing so we hope to boost the humoral and cellular immune response. This is crucial for the development of the next generation of vaccines against intracellular pathogens (HIV, TB, malaria, etc..) and for anti-cancer vaccines.
