Project description

Entrepreneurship is often associated with high levels of uncertainty, high performance, and relentless dedication. However, prevailing narratives frequently overlook the mental health challenges inherent in startup culture. In this event, we share scientific insights on wellbeing in entrepreneurship, addressing key psychological and physiological factors that influence founders' and employees' mental health. Through an evidence-based approach, leading researchers will present the latest findings on stress, burnout, and HR practices in startups. The evening will culminate in a panel debate featuring experts and industry professionals, discussing and debunking common myths about entrepreneurial wellbeing. Attendees will gain actionable knowledge on fostering a healthier, more sustainable startup culture.
