Within this project, we work towards a functional-structural plant model (FSPM) with emphasis on the dynamic plant-climate interactions. We also aim to control the quality of the final product. Lettuce was chosen as a model plant. Data from trials in varied settings are used for FSPM, and the model is then validated in a vertical multilayer cultivation in Agrotopia.
