Project description

RIP (receptor interacting protein) 4 kinase is implicated in activation of the transcription factors NF-B and AP-1. Both transcription factors are often aberrantly regulated in several cancer types. Interestingly, recently RIP4K mutants were identified in different cancer types. Therefore, we will study the role of RIP4 in cancer.
