Project description
One project aspect involves studying optically active solvents in the mobile phase, which serve as both modifiers and chiral selectors in chiral chromatography. Another focuses on using LC × LC for complex sample analysis, addressing modulation issues by employing water-rich mobile phase techniques like TRLC and PALC in the first dimension. TRLC × Chiral is developed, and PALC × Chiral is being optimized for analyzing chiral pharmaceuticals in biological fluids.
