This proposal exploits the analytical power of integrated metabolomics, in silico analysis of multiparametric datasets, and carefully curated prospective clinical cohorts to: (i) better understand CKD pathogenesis in felines; and (ii) discover new therapeutic targets. These data will pave the way for new early interventions to treat renal failure and provide insights into aetiological factors.
