Project description

Abstract: The project aims to investigate the interface between long-term memory for serial information and language acquisition. We will empirically validate the modeling work op Page an Norris and exploit its potential to elucidate the cognitive mechanisms that underlie language development in children and language learning disorders. The neural basis of the memory mechanisms involved in language learning will be assessed.
