Project description

The purpose of the project is the development of technology for an implantable microsystem that in future can be used for cerebral electromodulation, i.e. detection of electrical signals, generated by the brain, and of electrical stimulation of brain cells. The microsystem should be biocompatible. De electrodes and lectronic components will be embedded in an elastic material. For validation test on animals are foreseen.
