Project description
The project ‘carcass grading 2020’ involves the tasks imposed by the government on the CBKc (Carcass composition and classification service). These tasks concern the support of the inspection of the grading of bovine and pig carcasses in Flemish slaughterhouses, the supervision on the proper functioning of the grading instruments, performing cutting trials, testing new classification devices and giving training sessions.
