Project description

Replacement of the outdated 2-laser flow cytometer by a robust yet sensitive state-of-the-art 3-laser flow cytometer at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine core facility. This novel basic equipment will allow both phenotypical and functional multicolor characterisation using the next generation fluorochromes with minimal spectral overlap, being compliant with the facultary cell sorter also equipped with three lasers.
