Groundwater from contaminated sites will be used to prepare microcosms in laboratory conditions to test microbial mixed cultures specifically adapted to chlorinated compounds degradation. The knowledge gained will be used to perform and follow up an in-situ bioremediation treatment on a pilot scale.
