Project description

The study identifies the organisation of cannabis production in Belgium, including the share of different types of cannabis producers, and assesses the harms associated with these segments.

Policy recommendations were formulated based on quantitative analysis of a websurvey among Belgian small-scale producers (n=1,293) and qualitative analysis of 24 criminal proceedings, 32 expert interviews and 21 interviews with imprisoned cannabis producers.
