Project description

Do Belgian police officers practice what they preach? Based on Rest’s (1986) ethical decision making model, this study aims to explore if there is a gap between attitude and behavior concerning ethical decision making by police officers and if such a gap can result in different moral styles of policing for
each phase of this ethical decision making process.
