Project description

3D concrete printing has potential within the construction sector, however, some conflicting requirements need to be met. After performing a fundamental parametric study, it will be investigated whether providing (innovative) mix constituents just before printing or surface treatment of printed layers by using a multifunctional nozzle is efficient to obtain more durable printed concrete with improved mechanical properties.
