Project description

Newly synthetized 5-HT4 receptor agonists are tested in different electrophysiological protocols in rat hippocampal brain slices. Effects at peripheral 5-HT4 receptors are tested in rat esophageal muscularis mucosae, guinea pig proximal colon and porcine proximal stomach and left atrium.
