Project description

all35 will establish a platform for all III-V core/shell quantum dot (QD) synthesis that extends the unique UGent III-V QD synthesis technology. Focusing on infrared materials, it involves the first time exploration of the structural, chemical and opto-electronic properties of all III-V QDs and an assessment of all III-V QDs as nanoscale light emitters for solar-energy conversion, biosensing and datacommunication.
