This project intends to create a chemistry-biology platform to advance a new research field, dealing with the impact of HDAC6 inhibitors on inflammation. Revealing the role of HDAC6 in inflammatory diseases is expected to provide innovative concepts and approaches, leading to new therapeutic opportunities for HDAC6 inhibitors as anti-inflammatory drugs.
