Project description
Chemical reactions that introduce nitrogen atoms in simple organic substrates are key transformations in bulk industrial processes but also in particular in drug discovery. The direct introduction of nitrogen on less functionalised substrates is a challenging task. The aim would be to investigate the use of azodicarboxylderivatives (TAD and linear derivatives) in the catalytic introduction of nitrogen in simple substrates.
