Project description

In this study we will focus on phonological input processing problems in patients with aphasia. Mismatch Negativity and P300 will be used to study phonetic contrast sensitivity in aphasic patients and matched controls. As stimuli three blocks of monosyllabic words will be presented auditorily to the subjects. This method will allow to detect if there is a specific pattern of contrast sensitivity.
