Project description
Chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps is subdivided in a type 2-high and type 2-low endotype. The type 2-high group is well-defined by eosinophilic markers, while the type 2-low group is highly variable. First, we identified markers for the second group in mice and human. Next, we investigated the change from a high to low endotype after treatment with biologicals.
