Project description
This research starts from a systematic literature review about the intercultural competence (IC) in teacher education. Secondly, a Delphi method is used to establishes criteria/indicators to measure IC. Thirdly, an innovative teacher training program is set up to develop IC in Taiwanese teacher education.
