Project description

Ecohydrological and management factors (water management and fertilization) are known to affect on the emission of CH4 from wetlands, though less information available on the microbial communities catalyzing this proces. Therefore, this project aims to analyze the effects of these factors on microbial communities in natural wetland and rice soils by Phospho Lipid Fatty Acid (PLFA) analysis.
